Account Intern

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Accounts Intern to support our finance team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.

  • Support with data entry, reconciliations, and journal postings.

  • Help prepare invoices, receipts, and payments.

  • Assist in monthly closings and financial reporting.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing and expense tracking.

  • Support audit and compliance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
