Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support in project planning, monitoring, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Track progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and escalate issues where necessary.
- Participate in regular meetings, scrums, and reviews, ensuring proper documentation.
- Work closely with senior management to understand organizational processes and workflows.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Requirements
- Female candidate – Fresh Graduate in Computer Science (BS/BE/Equivalent) or BBA/MBA/Management Sciences/Equivalent.
- Strong academic background with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
- Interest in project management, leadership, and team handling.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) will be a plus.
